At the Van Tharp Institute, our goal is to have happy customers. Here are few guidelines on shipping and returns.

Shipping:

Shipping costs are not included in the product cost. The shipping cost is added separately at the time of check out. International customers will see higher shipping rates.  If you are in a somewhat remote area we recommend UPS (United Parcel Service). It will arrive more quickly and can be tracked.

Credits and Returns:

The Van Tharp Institute reserves the right at any time, and for any reason, to provide a refund, discount, replacement items or other consideration to some or all of our site visitors, email subscribers or customers on a case by case basis.

The amount and form of such credits and the decision to provide them are at our sole and absolute discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future.

With that being said, again, we want happy customers. Bring us your concerns and we’ll do our best to reach an agreement that you’re happy with.

Each product has a guarantee tab on its description page. Generally speaking, an item that is shipped has a 30-day money back guarantee. eLearning products have a 24-hour review window. Workshops offer a guarantee in which you can attend the first day and then request a refund of the material is not right for you. But there are exceptions and we ask that you refer to the guarantee tab for the workshop you are considering.
