How to access your eLearning courses

To start using our new and improved site to access all your current and future eLearning courses, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Go to and log in using your account email address. Note: this is NOT your Google ID from the prior eLearning site. Only use that email address if it is the address you normally use and want for your account.

  • If you have trouble logging into your account, you may try to reset your password. You should receive an email to create a new password. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.
  • Accounts are now necessary for all purchases. If you have not created an account on in the past, please create an account so we can assign all of your eLearning courses to that account. See how below:

Step 2: Once you’re logged into your account, please navigate to ‘My E-learning Products’ on the left side and click on the button ‘Check E-learning Products’.

Step 3: You will be redirected to the New eLearning site where you will see all your courses listed under your profile. To launch a course, simply click the title of the course.

If you don’t see your courses listed there, fill out this form so we can locate your account and add your courses on the new site. We will get back to you asap.
